▪️full colour: this is for the digital journal lovers! these pages work beautifully in apps such as Goodnotes and Notability, or the PDF program on your device. it goes without saying that unless you have a professional grade colour printer, using these coloured versions only for digital work is highly suggested.
▪️black and white: for those not needing or wanting the colour, or want to add their own. therefore, b&w is best for when printing and is the most practical option for when printing at home.

a note from me:

I track my mood using one of these. I devised my own number system, rating an excellent day as 10 and the worst day possible as 0. After two months, I realized that a pattern was emerging, and I could take it to my GP. Together, we worked out what it was related to.

Since then, I still keep track of it all, but I always have much higher numbers. I used this sheet to work things out and improve my life. I hope it can do the same for you.
