1. Shipping Zones and Destinations:
The WMC uses the fulfilment centre and shipping company, NextSmartShip (NSS). Via NSS I am proud to be able to ship globally. Some destinations are eligible for free shipping while others are not. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

2. Processing Time:
Once you have successfully placed your order, our team will process it within 3-4 business days (unless specified differently in the listing). Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery:
We utilize trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order reaches you in a secure and timely manner. The available shipping methods are determined based on the size, weight, and nature of the items you have purchased. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided during checkout as a general guideline. A seller can not be held accountable for delays in the shipping and/or customs process.

To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number and tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the NextSmartShip website or by contacting their customer service directly.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local postal facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
