Right now it’s mid October & the last few months of 2024 are making themselves known. It’s the perfect time to go inward & focus on your goals & what you want to achieve:
- Time for Reflection: As nature & seasons shift (no matter where you live), it invites us to slow down & reflect on our own lives and intentions.
- Time to Harvest: You’ve worked hard all year, it’s nice to see some sort of return, am I right? It’s a time to begin on the whole ‘reap what you’ve sown’ thing & to realign with a deeper purpose.
- Balance & Grounding: The cooler weather and calming energy of fall are perfect for grounding yourself and creating balance in your life.
- Cozy Vibes: Moving into the warmer months here in the Southern Hemisphere & it being Fall in the Northern Hemisphere makes it perfect for slowing down & planning family activities or working on projects at home.
- Time to Reset: The change in seasons is an opportunity to declutter & streamline your home, setting the stage for a more peaceful holiday season.

- Set Clear, Achievable Goals: Start by defining what you want to achieve. Break your goals down into smaller, manageable tasks.
